Ingredients
- 1 to 2 bananas - depending on your personal goals and how hungry you are.
- 1 TBSP of chia seeds
- 1 TBSP of Hemp Hearts
Instructions
- Cut banana in less than ½ inch thick circles in a regular bowl.
- Sprinkle the Chia and Hemp on top of the banana.
- Enjoy!
