Easy. Fast. Great for on the go. 3 ingredients and you are done.
  • 1 to 2 bananas - depending on your personal goals and how hungry you are.
  • 1 TBSP of chia seeds
  • 1 TBSP of Hemp Hearts
  1. Cut banana in less than ½ inch thick circles in a regular bowl.
  2. Sprinkle the Chia and Hemp on top of the banana.
  3. Enjoy!
